The Caribbean Just Got Even Closer

The Caribbean Just Got Even Closer

Yesterday we told you how Virgin Atlantic Flying Club members can register for an amazing prize draw to win an incredible 7 night stay on Necker Island, Sir Richard Branson’s own private paradise in the British Virgin Islands.

Someone, somewhere is going to win this ultimate fantasy holiday – but the rest of us needn’t despair, because the Caribbean is now more within reach than ever before. Today we’re announcing an increase in capacity between the UK and the Caribbean for our Winter 2011 schedule, which sees us add a third service from London Gatwick to Havana, an extra weekly flight from Gatwick to both Tobago and Grenada and a second weekly flight between Manchester and Barbados.

Our Caribbean services are among our most popular and this increase in capacity means that we’ll have almost 22,000 seats on offer every week from October 2011, making us the largest carrier between the UK and the Caribbean – great news for travellers who want more flexible holiday itineraries.
